What are your packaging and gifting options?

We offer some gift options to make your Jellycat gifting experience extra special, which can be viewed here.

Dustbags

Your items will be packaged together in one dust bag, or you can select individual dust bags at the checkout.

Gift Messages

During the checkout stage, you can select “Add a Free Gift Message”. This will prompt you to type a message from you to the recipient that will be printed on the packing slip to go in the package.

Once this gift option is selected, pricing will also be removed from the packing slip.

We can only include one gift message per order, so if you would like to send multiple gifts each with their own message, please place a separate order for each to ship to the appropriate recipient.

Giftboxes

We have an extra gifting option for deliveries within the UK and Northern Ireland, which allows for an order to arrive inside an illustrated Jellycat gift box. This can be selected at the checkout stage. 

We are only able to add one box per order. 

If you would like to send multiple orders with different Gift Boxes, please make individual orders.

Please note, our outside packaging is branded for any surprises you may wish to keep!
