If your points aren’t showing, first check that your order has been dispatched and that you were signed into your account and opted into Jellycat Purrks at the time of purchase. If everything looks correct and your points still aren’t appearing, just get in touch with our customer service team and we’ll be happy to look into it for you! The Jellycat Purrks rewards programme launched on 7th January 2026, so that’s the earliest date you could have started to earn points – points cannot be given for any purchases made before that date.
