I have enough points for a new tier, but my dashboard hasn’t updated – why?

Tier updates may take a little time to refresh. If you've recently made a purchase, your points will only count toward your tier once the order has dispatched. If everything looks correct and your dashboard still hasn't updated, feel free to reach out and we'll be happy to help!

The Jellycat Purrks rewards programme launched on 7 January 2026, so that’s the earliest date you could have started to earn points – points cannot be given for any purchases made before that date.
