Can Jellycat check the authenticity of my item using the batch code?

We’re often asked whether we can confirm if a Jellycat product is genuine by checking the batch code — and while we completely understand the importance of wanting to ensure your item is authentic, unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a batch code verification service.

Batch codes are used internally for quality control and tracking purposes and don’t serve as a way for customers or our team to validate authenticity. The best way to ensure you’re purchasing a genuine Jellycat product is to shop directly from our website or one of our authorised stockists.
