Why can't I purchase my Purrks store items yet?

Certain Purrks Store items are specially reserved for our Emerald Racer and Ruby Cruiser members. 

To make sure only our genuine members are rewarded, your returns window for any orders made before becoming an Emerald Racer or Ruby Cruiser must clear before you’re able to purchase them. 

After 40-days, they’ll be waiting patiently for you to bring them home! 

All orders are carefully checked and any purchases that don’t meet Purrks’ requirements will be cancelled, and the account holder removed from the programme.
