How do I make a reservation?

Each booking allows you to bring up to 3 travel companions (adults only).

Reserve your 30-minute time slot via Naver Booking. One reservation allows the booker to choose up to four guests.

Advance reservations for the period of November 5 - November 19 (15 days) opened on October 29th at 10:00pm BST.

Starting from 29th October, new reservation slots have been opening daily at midnight (17:00pm BST) - each day adding one additional available date beyond November 19th. Please note that around this time when new slots open, high website traffic may cause temporary delays or errors in page access.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your launch time.

If you arrive after the time of the slot you have booked, your entrance may be changed to a visit without a reservation, depending on the conditions on site.

Walk-ins are also welcome; however, during peak hours, you may experience a short wait.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled launch time. Late arrivals may be treated as walk-ins depending on capacity.
