Do I need to book to enjoy the experience?

To guarantee a timeslot and entry to the experience, we do advise booking online, however if you are happy waiting some walk-ins are also available on the day. Please note that there may be long wait times for walk-ins - especially during busy periods. You might be waiting a little while (up to a few hours at times), however our team will keep things cheerful and let you know the expected wait time once you're in the queue. We recommend bringing plenty of water as the space can get quite warm in the summer months!

Please also note that, due to high demand, walk-in guests are not always guaranteed entry to the experience – even if you’ve waited in the queue. This will depend on capacity on the day as we have to prioritise our prebooked slots.
