Does my payment include tax?

All orders delivered to the UK are inclusive of UK VAT.  

For orders delivered outside of the UK, unless specified in the list below, any taxes and duties are not included in the price. As such, you will be liable for any taxes and duties due.  

Asia-Pacific Countries  

Australia – GST* is included in the price 

Japan – JCT* is included in the price 

New Zealand – GST is included in the price 

Europe, the Middle East and Africa

EU Member States* – VAT is included in the price 

Norway – VAT is included in the price 

Switzerland - VAT is included in the price 

* EU countries are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. 

Tax on orders to Channel Islands  

If your order is delivered to the Channel Islands, the price does not include any VAT or GST. Any local taxes and duties due will be your responsibility.  

For orders delivered to Jersey, you may be liable for any GST on import, as this is not collected by Jellycat at checkout.  

Tax on orders to Norway 

If your order is being delivered to Norway, the price includes VAT and any duties applicable and this is collected by Jellycat at checkout.  

In the unlikely event you are requested to pay any VAT or duties upon delivery, we recommend showing the order receipt showing the VAT collected at checkout.  

If you think you have been charged Norwegian VAT twice on an order, please reach out to our customer service team for further support. You may be required to share proof of any additional VAT payment.  

Tax invoices  

For purchases on Jellycat.com, you should see a breakdown of any taxes collected on the email confirmation. These emails may have landed in a spam, junk, or promotional folder. 

Alternatively, if you have an account, you will be able to see details of past orders on our webpage.   

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide tax invoices for orders from our website. Please reach out to our customer service team if you have any further questions.
